The Fine Print
To redeem your voucher, please contact our central reservation team on 0344 879 9000. Your gift voucher can only be used at the Macdonald location detailed on the voucher. Spa treatments must be booked with the chosen spa prior to arrival. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Under 16s not permitted into the spa. Treatment not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Standard Macdonald cancellation terms apply. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferrable. Photocopies will not be accepted. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
